Health and safety

The health and safety of all meeting participants is paramount. All meetings and events require proof of vaccination prior to entering the meeting venue. Masks must be worn at all times, and all venue, host city, and public health recommendations for safe gatherings will be followed.

Of note: Register on this website using your Sciencesconf account. If you do not already have a Sciencesconf account, you will be proposed to create it as a first step. Next, connect to this website to access the registration form and to finalize your registration to the meeting.

Payment includes

Participation to the two days of the meeting including lunches and coffee breaks

Methods of payment

Payments can only be made in Euro and by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) using Paybox. A link to Paybox will be sent by an e-mail following registration.

Cheques are not accepted.

Registration confirmation

Registration confirmations will be emailed once payment has been received.

Refund only in case of meeting cancellation due to sanitary reasons (COVID-19).

 Abstract submission

Abstracts for posters and oral presentations are submitted online. All in English.

50 posters and 10 short talks (in English, 15 minutes including questions) will be selected at the end of the reviewing process.

Contributors will be informed by an e-mail.
